Description
This course runs for 5 weeks with classes lasting 1 hour 15 minutes. During the first part of the class, each week focuses on a learning massage strokes for a different part of the body, building up to a full body massage in the final week. The second part of the class is for social time and sensory play with the opportunity to enjoy a hot drink and something to eat while talking to others and to engage your baby in a variety of activities to stimulate their senses and aid their development. The price includes 1 adult and 1 baby.
Instructions: Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before a class starts. There is no need to bring prams in as the carpark is a very short walk to the hall but car seats are welcome. Bring any baby essentials with you but mats, towels and all other equipment will be provided.
