Contemporary focuses on the freedom of movement, expression, and storytelling. This ever-evolving genre incorporates aspects of movement from dance styles such as jazz, modern and ballet. Our junior dancers (age 4-7 years) will focus on developing their knowledge of contemporary techniques through contract, release, extension, introduction to floorwork and improvisation.
